  I have had Kevin patton State Farm insurance for a year + maby 2 with the best car insurance I can possibly get from them at the time . I recently discontinued my insurance due to the fact of selling my vehicle. Mind that I was an on time payer never had any issues of any sort ,as far as them getting there payment . I recently tryed contacting them I'm going on my 3rd day now on just a quote , I do have missed call from numbers but no voice mails ,And yet to call on Saturday when they are open to get fwrd to there answering service, that I have also recently gave my information already too . I am very disappointed. I also did get contact with some one in the agency and gave her all my information very nice lady . But hats where that stoped .

  I was a long time customer and am shocked at how poorly they handled my cancelling of my policy. I sold my car and moved out of Texas, so I was cancelling my policy. It took them over a week to process my cancellation, and used the date they processed the cancellation rather than the date I called them as my termination date. I tried to reason with them multiple times about this mistake, but they were impossible to deal with and I had to escalate the situation to State Farm. It was ridiculous.

  My experience with this office was a NIGHTMARE in the end. It started with a quote for home owners insurance. Sandra Martinez emailed me a quote rather than calling to discuss any policy details. I contacted her and we discussed the policy fees and details. I gave her my mortgage information and told her my policy did not expire until 1/14,2016 that I was shopping around trying to get the best deal. I called her on 12/14/2015 to let her know I was staying with my current insurance company as they were able to give me better coverage with a reasonable price. She was on the phone so I left the message with he secretary and made it very clear that I did not want their services and to cancel all quotes what so ever. Well I go online to make my mortgage payment and they have state farm as my insurance carrier to my surprise. Not only that my escrow paid 2 insurance policies so now I am arguing with my mortgage company to credit my account due to their lack of observation on their end. I still have not received a refund and neither has my escrow account. All I can say is I would never recommend this agency to anyone. A bunch of crooks is what I would call them. Vanessa
