  I have had a mailbox here for over a year. I was expecting important mail and I arrive at 445 the lady said she has not sorted mail and it will be an hour before she can get to it. I told her it was important and needed it asap but she insisted she could not stop what she was doing (no customers in the store) to get the mail for my box. I decided to be there right at opening the next day. Well I'm here and it's supposed to open at 8 but as it stands it's 8:17 and nobody is here! I'm adding to my post because this is day 2 of it being 8:17 and so far no one is here and the store is closed. When it's supposed to be open at 8am!
